So I went to PalmCon http://www.cosmictimes.net/palmcon/ this weekend. I went to get some opinions on my portfolio and mingle with my comic book peoples. While I was there, I showed my portfolio to a group of guys who lovingly call themselves FacePalm Comics http://www.facepalmcomic.com/index.php . I wasn't expecting anything more than a "keep trying kid"... ... It's looking likely that I'll be illustrating one of their upcoming series now. Whoa o_O I'll keep you posted.
